All nutrition coaching is online. Or can be done in person, if local to the Cincinnati area.


 MY APPROACH:

 Eat like your life depends on it. Our health is a direct outcome of the foods we eat. Listen to your body; consume foods you enjoy, that make you feel good, that are nutrient dense. Foods that allow you to live your best and healthiest life. Live a life full of happiness and joy. Create adventure and experiences. Slow down to enjoy the small things, and live life wild.

My nutritional philosophy is real food. I believe that everyone can create their own unique path to health by adopting healthful eating practices that are best for their individual body. Eating food in its most natural state, products with real ingredients will nourish our bodies and allow us to feel our best.

My goal is to empower you to create healthful, happy, and natural lives through nutrition and wellness practices. I want to show that a lifestyle rooted in healthy behaviors can be simple and fulfilling.

1 initial 90 minute assessment + 2 -45 minute follow up sessions, Shopping list and resources + Unlimited email support

 Initial Assessment- We will discuss your current lifestyle, health history challenges, routines, eating patterns + set specific goals and action plans focused on nutrition and health.

Follow ups: During follow up sessions we will discuss the previous weeks, your successes, struggles, plan for the following weeks and make changes as needed.

 We will assess your eating habits, and I will help you embrace a whole foods based eating pattern that is customized to YOU, your goals and lifestyle.

 Transition to a whole foods based diet and learn how to create nutrient dense meals.

 You will set goals and create an action plan to achieve goals and set a plan for moving forward in your adventure to health and happiness.

Weekly goal setting + Food Journal Review and feedback

 We will assess your eating habits, and I will help you embrace a whole foods based eating pattern that is customized to YOU, your goals and lifestyle.

 You will set goals and create an action plan to achieve goals and aspirations

 Form habits that help support a healthy lifestyle including sleep, relaxing, movement, nutrition, nature.

 Transition to a whole foods based diet and learn how to create delicious nutrient dense meals.

 One session can be exchanged for a pantry clean out + Grocery store tour if local – 90 minutes
